NJ Winery Tour

Sherry and the girls rented a big 'ole limo bus and toured Laurita Winery in New Egypt, NJ, and Cream Ridge Winery in Cream Ridge, NJ.  Had a blast!

Pomegranate Kiss

The Pomegranate Kiss was served to Boozie Soosie at the Tortugas outside bar on the boardwalk in Virginia Beach.  Pomegranate liqueur, orange vodka, oj and pineapple juice - SO refreshing! Soosie liked it so much, she returned to the bar several times during her vacation to have "just one more...."

Blue Martini

A very fuzzy night, this was.  Very.  Sherry Like The Wine ordered this pretty thing at the Eden Lounge at Harrah's in Atlantic City.  She and Soosie don't really remember much about this drink, but the picture is awfully pretty, no?  Cheers!

Atlantic City Beer Festival

Well, folks, the Traveling Boozies spent a few days in Atlantic City indulging in food, cocktails and fun.

The biggest surprise of the trip was a little gem of a beer that they stumbled upon (almost literally) at the Atlantic City Beer Fest. The Coney Island Craft Lagers caught their Boozie eye...and their taste buds. The one that really piqued their interest was the Albino Python, a white lager with hints of ginger and fennel. More out of curiosity than anything else (check out the label below), they tried and fell in love with this lager - then returned over and over and over again.... just to be sure it was as good as they thought the first several times.

Chocolate Martini

An all-time favorite of Soosies's - the chocolate martini.  Made this one at home, it was smooth and chocolate-y and divine!
